The tournament brought together Ugandan diaspora teams from across Europe and as far as the United States, under the banner of sports diplomacy, using football as a platform to strengthen friendships, foster national unity, and deepen engagement among Ugandans living abroad.

Team USA emerged champions of the 2026 edition, lifting the coveted Euro Cranes trophy after an impressive tournament. The next edition of the tournament will be hosted by Denmark in 2027. #UgandaDiaspora #EuroCranesTournament
